Her personal favorite French toast interpretation is a tasty stuffed version: griddle-toasted slices of crusty French baguette filled with cream cheese and her homemade strawberry jam. She also is known for her crème-caramel French toast, and French-toasted croissants served with sautéed apples and cranberries. Those with a penchant for pancakes would likely appreciate her baked peach pancakes with honey-raisin syrup. For waffle aficionados there are apple Belgian waffles with apple cider syrup.
