Rate Policies*

*Rates are per night, based on double occupancy  (except Jeremy’s Room which accommodates only one person), full breakfast included, does not include 7% sales tax.  Reservation guaranteed with credit card number (MC/Visa/AMEX accepted).  The use of a hide-a-bed is available for an additional $35/night.  

**Add 10% commission for agency bookings.  

Cancellation Policy: Require ten days notice prior to date of arrival; 72 hours notice, forfeit rate for one night; last minute, full rate unless room is re-booked for night(s) of reservation.

Check in 3:00 p.m. or later; check out 11:00 a.m. or earlier.

 The Ware Street Inn is a NON-SMOKING house!

All rooms provide telephone with modem jack, high speed & wireless internet access, cable TV with VCR, fully stocked desk, ample lighting, a comfortable easy chair, and turn-down service in the evening.
