Sonja
-Innsitter Deluxe
A woman of
many hats—Reiki Master Teacher, author (her two published books,
“Clear Vision,” and “Meanderings of an Unkempt Mind,” are
available for sale at the Inn), lecturer and consultant (www.healingfocus.com),
mentor to small business women, cook, world traveler, community
activist (the Chamber and Rotary), newlywed, friend—and her
alter-ego is the delightful “Madam Puffnook.”
Her breakfasts are deliciously elegant and her attention to
guest comfort is beyond reproach. |

Monette
-
The French Maid
Yes,
her name is really “Monette” and she is really French!
She takes great pride in guests’ frequent comments about
how immaculate the Inn is and she personally trains and oversees
the rest of the housekeeping staff.
She is truly an Executive Domestic Engineer!
Monette is also a skilled seamstress, loves to travel, and
is consistently cheerful—she’s often heard singing while she
works. Growing up,
she was Jan’s best friend’s tag-along little sister. |

Sheila
-
Baker Extraordinaire & Kitchen-Office Maven
Retired
from Bates College, SheShe feels she’s in heaven working at the
Inn. She’s amazed
she’s actually getting paid to do everything she enjoys doing!
She is as particular and detail oriented as Jan and Mike
are and is a perfect fit. Sheila
also volunteers for St. Mary’s Hospital weekly, walks daily with
her husband the professor, and loves to line dry her laundry. |

Glen
-
"Worth His Weight in Gold" Butler
What
would we ever do without the multi-talented Glen!
He does it all—from little fix-it jobs to folding
napkins, from cleaning rooms to taking reservations, from giving
directions to arranging flowers, from decorating the Inn for
holidays to preparing fresh fruit salad—he’s the best.
A long time friend and part of the family, guests find Glen
delightful and quite helpful.

Beckie -
"The Magnificent" A
stay at home (most of the time) mom, Beckie is part of the
Inn "family". She's not only a wonderful
housekeeper, but she's raising (with her husband the
lineman) two of the most well-spoken, well-mannered, adorable
little boys we've ever met. Beckie is very family-oriented,
a great cook, and even makes home-made dog biscuits for her
favorite pups (hers and ours). She can also be found
covering the Inn occasionally so the Innkeepers can run off
and play.
